Urbane Blades is a modern barbershop built on precision, style, and culture. With locations in Chicago and Naperville, we deliver expert cuts, classic shaves, and grooming services designed to leave every client confident, sharp, and looking their best.

At Urbane Blades, we value both our clients’ time and our barbers’ time. To ensure availability and provide the highest level of service, we kindly ask that all clients adhere to the following appointment policies.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS
We request that any appointment cancellation or rescheduling be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
This advance notice allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client.

LATE CANCELLATIONS
Appointments canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.

NO-SHOWS
Clients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.
No-show appointments may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service amount and may require a deposit or prepayment before future appointments can be booked.

LATE ARRIVALS
We understand that delays happen. If you anticipate being late, please contact the shop as soon as possible.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, modified, or rescheduled depending on barber availability.
If sufficient time is not available to complete the scheduled service, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

DEPOSITS AND PREPAYMENTS
Certain services, special events, holiday appointments, or appointments with high demand may require a deposit or prepayment at the time of booking.

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show but may be applied toward a future appointment when canceled in accordance with this policy.

REPEATED CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS
Clients with multiple late cancellations or no-shows may be required to:
• Prepay for future services
• Pay a booking deposit
• Utilize walk-in services only
• Be restricted from online booking privileges

EMERGENCIES
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances occur. Exceptions may be made at management’s discretion.
